A home away from home. Customer service at its best, beautiful warm smile emitted from the staff the moment you appear at their hotel steps. Professionalism without intruding into the privacy of her guests. Location is great; the call for prayers make the whole environment so serene and pure. Living among the villagers provide an insight into their daily life. Housekeeping has room for improvement though. The floor of the bedroom and restroom are dusty. Privacy should be respected when there are indication for 'no disturbance', where door-hanger are not put out for housekeeping. The constant knocking on the door for housekeeping services when it is not warranted is quite disturbing. Overall a great experience and definitely will return again.

The first time we went to White Palace Hotel and the food was really delicious. The service was excellent, staff are friendly and did a great job. We enjoyed the environment & their service. I highly recommend for family stay

Such a good hotel in Uttara, specially the staff were professional, working approach was satisfactory. The rooftop was clean & view from there was fine. Room was comfortable to stay,Breakfast was fantastic with multiple items.

In a nice setting,the hotel offers fantastic service. The inside has a fresh and clear atmosphere,making it a pleasant place . The room service is good, and what makes it even better is the wonderful experience you get on the rooftop.

Employees were cordial, professional . Food was delicious, thanks chef & service boys.|Room was comfortable to sleep, nice environment. Car service was satisfactory, cost of the car was fine. I would stay again

Affordable price for the room & food, food taste was good specially the Chawmin was so delicious.|Transport service from Airport was good & fast. The employees working there were helpful & ready to help us. I would recommend White Palace Hotel.

White palace hotel is an amazing place with wonderful people. |Don't forget to taste their butter nan with tandoori chicken. |The warmth of the staff towards the guest and the personal touch from the proprietor is mind blowing

My first choice is their good environment. The staff are cordial, F & B guys are helpful during breakfast. |Security guards are nice. Road construction going on beside the hotel, so dust is outside, that's why they need to more careful for cleanliness
